Owncast now supports custom plugins. 5th Anniversary Plans
May 2025 is the 5th anniversary of Owncast. The first commit date is May 23rd, but Gabe will be out of town and not able to do all the big things that day, so we should do it the week before.
- Launch new merch store
- With a limited edition 5-year anniversary shirt. Available for two months?
- Newsletter goes out after the store is live
- Some kind of video?
- Ask streamers to send in a video clip of them saying something about Owncast and the past 5 years?
- We probably don't have time for this. It would take a long time to organize it.
- Gabe could just record an update video?
- Gabe hosts a live stream DJ set + party? TBD
